Shipping policy

We measure shipping costs by real costs of shipping. Our carrier is DHL. You find their pricing at dhl.de. We add 1-2 € for Vat, packaging and handling.

We're sorry, that we cannot afford to ship for free worldwide and we're very sorry for any inconveniences that may appear down the road. Working on better shipping is hard and getting better rates even harder, as we are a small shop not shipping a lot of stuff.

Also our shipping is dependable on your choice if it shall be trackable or not. If it is not, there is no guarantee, the package will arrive (in 99% it does).

Shipping worldwide takes time. Please be patient. We've seen shipments go out from Germany in January, arriving in Hong-Kong in April.
